Campus Movie Fest

Campus Movie Fest is the world’s largest student film festival. This is for students who are interested in making a 5-minute short film, no matter what their experience.  It’s completely free and no experience is necessary!

Those who sign up online will have the opportunity to check out a laptop, camera, tripod, and more where they are able to make a 5-minute movie in a week. 

The filming week for Sonoma State University will be from 9/20 - 9/26 The movies will be judged by a panel of faculty, staff, and students, who will choose the top films to be showcased in a premiere. 

The winners advance and will be eligible to win even larger prizes and national exposure.  In addition to the filming weeks, Campus Movie Fest also provides the opportunity for you to become a part of iU Community which offers educational workshops, paid opportunities, and much much more!  

Best of all, this is FREE thanks to Associated Students Inc. of SSU.
