AS Corporate Resolution - Amending the Club Grant Policy

Whereas

The Associated Students (AS) Senate serves as the Board of Directors of the Associated Students of Sonoma State University, Inc.; and

Whereas

The AS Finance and Strategic Planning Board recommended that the AS Board of Directors amend the club grant policy to the version attached below

Therefore let it hereby be resolved that the Associated Students of Sonoma State University, Inc. Senate, amends the Club Grant Policy to the version attached below effective immediately.

Adopted at a regular meeting of the Associated Students Senate by a unanimous vote on October 14, 2025.
